I booked a last-minute ticket to the US less than 48 hours before departure, at a very good price, lower than airlines sites, including common travel search sites. I received immediate confirmation but the ticket email hadn't arrived the next morning. I called to inquire about the ticket issuance and within 10 minutes my tickets were emailed to me. I was very satisfied to be able to speak with someone very quickly and receive a prompt response to my inquiry and full resolution of my issue. Thank you.
