Booked a room via Trip Advisor and received a confirmation email from Tingo. The booking allowed cancellation upto 3 days before arrival date. When plans changed I attempted to cancel the booking via the " manage my booking " tab only to find it had been disabled. A subsequent email was ignored by Tingo and so I have now been charged. Outrageous and plainly dishonest behavior. Don't use Tingo they simply don't deserve the business.
