Tingo & Extende Stay America tricking people

Booked 2 queen bedrooms with Tingo for a long weekend in New York at the Extended Stay America - Secaucus - New York City Area
1 Plaza Dr,
Secaucus, NJ 
(Formerly Homestead Studio Suites Secaucus Meadowlands)

Arrived at the hotel 10:46pm to find out the queen bedroom was not there and that the hotel was fully booked for the weekend due to the ComicCon event. the Front Desk lady tried her best to no avail. the general manager transmitted to her over the cell phone that she was sorry but couldn't do anything. I said, fine, just give me a discount or partial refund and we are good to go.
The General Manager texted her saying she couldn't do anythynig and that I would have to talk to the provider (Tingo)
Tingo representative, tried to reach the hotel with no success as the lobby was with a huge line up (I was there at the lobby).

Long story short. No refund, no accountability from the hotel nor from Tingo. Tingo says the hotel informed them they offered me the queen bed and I'm telling Tingo they haven't. So...hotel is lying and Tingo is not making an effort to solve the dispute.

Don't go with Tingo or Extended Stay ever !!
