As nice as it is to get the money back the number of times that my reservation was re-booked for minor price ajdustments was extremely annoying. If you have any special reservations or booking accommodations it becomes impossible for the hotel to manage for you and once you check in the hotel has no idea what you actually need. Wouldn't go through this again, the money back was not worth the hassle and number of emails.
