booked a ticket online and went with the info available online - we wanted a return flight without any stops as we have a small baby - we saw one deal online - booked it and then had to call them to verify card details - then found out the flight isn't non stop and complained to them as their website was clearly wrong - they simply didn't want to help or take responsibility for this - I was asked to write in to them - so I did and they simply sent me their terms and conditions about a fee of £175 to cancel and that I had to take it up with the airline directly or with my travel insurance company - why should I have to do this when they are my travel agents and the information on their website was clearly wrong so they should take responsibility for this and cover the fees for me.

The staff I spoke to were completely incompetent every single time - nobody wanted to help, were very moody and customer service skills were non existent, they couldn't even speak English properly - I have read some of the reviews others have posted on here and to be frank I don't believe them - I asked to speak to the manager many times but was told they couldn't transfer the call and to email them - very very frustrating experience - would never ever use them even if they offered me money - cant believe the comments back from the company on some of the reviews - haha laughable what the director says about "we pride ourselves on excellent customer service" - don't make me laugh - the staff are incompetent useless morons....STAY WELL AWAY FROM THEM !!!!

Many thanks for your comments and for sharing them with the reviewcentre community.

I cannot comment specifically on your case as you do not give the full details, however, I would be more than happy to look into your booking and to see what went wrong and provide an explanation accordingly.

A couple of points worth noting concern the way that stops are shown, refund and cancellation fees and the attitude and ability of our staff:
- With regards to showing intermediate stops, I can assure you that these are shown at the time the search is conducted (I can send you examples of this if you would like).
- As for cancellation fees, these are determined by the airline and not Tickets to India and we are duty bound to pass these on to the customer or face a bill for the applicable amount. It is very easy for customers to blame the agent for exorbitant fees but we do not get this money - it is the airline. If customers want tickets that do not have such penalties, there are fares available but these are almost always a lot more expensive (again, this is determined by the airline, not us).
- Regarding staff, I would very much like to find out who it was that you spoke to and who took care of your booking so that we can listen to call recordings and tackle staff members accordingly (where they have failed to meet our service standards). As far as English is concerned, however, all of our staff (even those at our call centre in India) are proficient in English and again I would gladly listen to the call recording if you feel that this is not the case.

Please stop your silly games and read what others are saying....we all know what the truth is....everyone is saying the same thing...if u think your staff can speak english then you clearly need to go for a check up at the doctors
