“Took my payment twice”

I payed £900 for flight to Mallorca in September, and thompsons took the money twice, it is now 9 days later and I still don't have the money back. The call centre in India was very unhelpful land if that was all the money in my bank we would of gone cold and hungry. I'm very upset with thompsons and they are clearly just not worried about me , not one bit, why can't they bacs in back into my bank with faster payment , so who has my money , it doesn't just disapeer
