“Disgusting attitude, appalling cust service response....”

The extra I paid to choose my airline seats was a rip-off. There was very little choice of seats and, when we checked-in, our seats had been allocated to someone else. The airline staff didn't care, didn't think it was serious, made the flight home very uncomfortable and they even spilled tea all over me. To complain, they CHARGE you 12p per minute on their complaints line!!! They also charge you a premium rate to call their travel agent branches when booking your holiday. The Customer Service Dept took OVER A MONTH to respond with the measly offer of a £25 voucher off my next holiday. This is a joke. I am following up with ABTA.
