Visited Thomas cook , Fort, Mumabi on 4th of April at around 6:30 P.M. First of all I was made to wait for 20 minutes even though All the agents were free and chit chatting later on when I interrupted , someone attended me, I made sure to him that I will finalize in a couple of days whether to tour with Sotc or Thomas cook for USA , earlier I have travelled with Sotc to Australia and New Zealand which was a satisfactory trip, and we discussed the deal and ask him to revert back me with a good offer or while I asked him his contact number the agent replied with "Sir you will get my contact number in a mail which I would be sending you in 10 minutes". I left with providing my email I'd and contact number hoping for a revert back. But neither I got mail nor I got a call, it seems to me like Thomas cook is not interested in handling clients. I am Very disappointed with the kind of behavior of such a reputed company. Thomas cook really missed a sure client which would have generated a revenue of 16 lakhs for the company. 6 agents sitting on the desk and no one bothers to attend or ask the client what he is looking for, it is the security guard who comes and attend me later on when I enquired. With such a behavior at the beginning it shatters me to think what will happen if I travel with Thomas cook. God help others
