There not very good

Just returned from turkey this is the 2nd time I have flown with thomas cook now and to be honest for what they charge I dont think there very good!
Check in going out was smooth enough although it did take quite a while to board and we did take off slightly later than anticipated.
Waiting for our luggage to come round was absolutely ridiculous; it took over an hour which is completely unacceptable!!!
Coming back was outrageous!
An hour and 20 minutes it took to check us in I have never experienced anything like it in my life; I never complain but this was just pathetic!
It was that slow, we were given our boarding passes then we had to go straight through and onto the plane we didn't even have time to get anything to eat!
The crew both ways were nice enough but seriously this company needs to pick up its pace!
If they stopped wasting time I'm sure they'd be able to reduce the cost of there overpriced flights.
