“Don't trust them! ”

We travelled in may with holiday place and we are left feeling very disappointed. We were sold a five star accommodation and in reality it was 3 star at the most. We wrote a complaint to them when we returned from our holiday and received a response basically Saying we are sorry but can not do anything about it! I would not reccomend them and feel ripped off! The hotels star ratings aren't given by The Holiday Place, and you have to consider that the standards there for a 5* hotel are very different to what they would be in the UK. I've read many, many reviews on different hotels in Cuba (we're going in a few weeks time and were trying to decide which hotel to go to) and the majority say you have to bear in mind that standards are lower but to accept that and enjoy your holiday anyway. Imagine what a 3* hotel would be like. You should have done more thorough research before going!

“After sales service after the event-NON-EXISTANT”

Luxury package Holidays? We took up their offer of a Mauiva air tour of the West Coast of Amercia. The logistics on the whole were good but the Hotel accommodation was not consistently as good as promised and the Luxor in Las Vegas was absolutely awful. Worst still the 'luxury' restaurants chosen for the tour were very second class and on occasions even worse. What you see on the label is not what you get. The Holiday Place?
