I would just like to compliment the gentleman who helped me book my holiday today, Spencer. I have not booked a holiday this way before & he was extremely polite, courteous & helpful. He explained everything in detail and answered lots of questions that I put to him. I was unsure about booking over the phone but found it a lot easier than expected. Reference number TT217300
