Worst travel company I have used

booked and paid for my holiday up front then they charge extra for this and that !!!! When I queried it was told "all travel companies do the same ". I told them I never had to do that before , but, as the price was so good I carried on .

I had to phone them several times as paperwork
Did not arrive when it was supposed to , very difficult to understand them rarely got to speak to the same person twice,

Unfortunately due to my husband having an accident I had to cancel what a nightmare , even tho I made the initial Booking
and paid with my debit card each time I had to speak to someone I had to answer security questions as they had put my husbands name as lead passenger.


They then charged me £30.00 each to cancel and wouldn't send me the cancellation documents until the end of our proposed holiday return date !!!!! After a heated exchange agreed to forward the paperwork took me 2weeks to receive them , then our insurance company said I was still missing a page!!!!!

So , back to phoning them again , Feel as tho I was put through a wringer,


I would NEVER book with them again , even if they were giving a holiday away free.
