If u want a break down then use these people

Well where do I start....we booked a holiday to Tunisia with super escapes which we thought was a package holiday turns out it was a flight plus package which means you have less protection.

The hotel we had booked was down graded on trip advisor a week after booking and the pictures of the state of the hotel would shock anyone. The hotel was not even fully open and very unsafe especially for children. When we asked to be moved because clearly we where mis sold the hotel we got no reponse other than you have to pay more and would not give is a refund!

Then the tunisia attack happened 2 weeks to the day we where due to fly. The travel providers had cancelled all flights and hotels for the date we where traveling and a full refund was given to super escapes to refund us, we are yet to have our money.

To top it off super escapes still want to charge us a cancellation fee even tho we had not cancelled!
When asked for a break down and why there where charging these fees they could not give an answer, just saying we will get a superviser to call you back, which never happened!

The stress and angry this has caused is beyond anything I have ever experienced before!

They are making money from a terrible situation!
I'm in the process of taking them to a small claims court! These people need to be shut down!
