Seems ok so far .......Holiday to Majorca for July 2015.

I am confused as to who works for who. I initially dealt with a guy on the icelolly website, who seemed to work for 'book it now'company. He was very helpful, making adjustments to suit my requests, but extremely 'pushy' sales technique. I have not experienced the like since the days of the double glazing salesman ( no insult to anyone meant here). With calls back, wanting to confirm a booking.
When the paperwork arrived there were two mistakes, one being my 'title'. I was 'Mrs' on the docs but the actual booking form had me as 'Mr', and my dob was wrong.
I rang to have this rectified and spoke to a lady who was helpful and sorted the errors with no issues. Thank You.

I was requested to complete feedback online which I agreed to do she said she would 'wait for this', but in my own time. I then received a further call again asking for me to complete this. I am not sure why the pressure unless there is some kind of performance related pay scheme in place. But sales pressure and I don't go together.

Apart from this the hotel and flights are as requested and the price is good, so I am hoping all is to be ok when we get there.

I will not be paying any extra for seats together (as I have read on other reviews) and will not appreciate such sales calls.
