Wish we had read these reviews before booking last night! Second day, still not received email confirmation, which was promised within 2 hrs of booking. Called customer care to chase it and [name removed] says he has already emailed the confirmation which I have not received!
On the company's webpage they advertise as "no debit card charges" yet I was charged 1%. Another last minute charge, which they don't mention throughout the holiday price enquires, is ATOL certificate @ £5pp.
Only good thing about this Co. was slightly cheaper than others.
More to follow after I receive confirmation......
