Booked through Sunshine for last 3 years and until this year, no problems. However, had booked to go to Tenerife in October and now had accomodation cancelled. Also booked to go to Zante in August and firstly flight cancelled, and now accomodation overbooked so can't have the 2 bed apartment we've reserved (in November last year to ensure we secured availability of what we required!!) Now been offered a studio which from the photos looks as though you couldn't swing a cat in it. Really unhappy - can't get any resolution from Sunshine. Not their problem apparently as our contract is with the accomodation supplier. Lowcostbeds. No other suitable accomodation available in resort now - only studios so stuck as flights paid for in full at time of booking. Don't know which way to turn and very distressed - THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING WITH SUNSHINE. NOT SURE I'D FEEL HAPPY TO BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!!
