I want to cancel my holiday. I booked it today and they have sent the confirmation for another hotel in a different place. Whilst looking to contact customer services, which is totally non existant or at best very very well hidden to stop u finding it. I found claims of misdealing. Right now i just want to make sure its cancelled!!!!
