I booked our holiday with sunmaster in January for travel in August (we got back last week). I have to say it was a straightforward hassle free experience. Only issue I had was when I was charged twice for 2 checked in pieces of luggage. I called them and they were quick to refund the difference immediately and let me keep all 4 bags! My experience with Sunmaster was great and I'd certainly use them again.
