saw this ‘too good to be true’ offer on their website for business class flights to Nairobi. called up to check and to my surprise it turned out to be true (almost!). they had the fare available that was just a little above what their website quoted. their rhetoric: fare are subject to availability!! booked already as the deal wasn’t available anywhere else. would give them 4 stars (for those extra quid)
