They get a 4 just because they delighted me this time with the baggage allowance of an unexpected 40 kg to Pakistan on emirates. And the agents I spoke to were quite thorough with skills of care and professionalism. Otherwise it would have been a 3 for just meeting the expectations on the previous occasion in terms of service when I dealt with them some 2 years back. They may have the cheapest prices but service is more valuable than the prices and exceeding customers expectations is the name of the game in service industry. Probably they have realized it and shown improvement and I wont mind dealing with them again.
