WARNING. They cheat & customer service stinks!

I only went to this site because they claim in their ads "Up to 70% + Extra $15 Off on Flights". Which is a complete lie. I had my flight numbers and dates before I called them and what they came up with was way higher than I had gotten elsewhere. When I told the agent that I was put on hold and then given a price still higher than anyone. After the 4th time on hold I went on the airlines own website, punched in the same information and got a price of $704. for 2 tickets. When the agent came back on and said she had gotten it down to $756. and I better grab them because it was the last 2 seats. Second lie!. Since I was still on the airlines site and had our names already in I went to 'seat selections' and found there was over 100 seats available. I told her there was no reason to book with them when I had a better price right from the airline. I said goodbye and she said 'please wait while I check'. She came back and said "I will give you same price as airline'. I said 'fine' just book it. When I got the confirmation it was $705.94. Now one might say 'big deal it is just a few dollars' but add that to all the other lies made it a big deal. I imagine they do not think adding $.97 on a ticket will prompt anyone to complain and it probably doesn't but when they sell thousands of tickets in a day that is $1000. in their pockets that they stole from the public. Shame on them! Save yourself a lot of headache and don't believe for a minute you they will discount anything. Book directly with airline.
