I just booked a trip Boston to San Diego- March 27 return on April 2 via Jet Blue. A family member booked the same flight March 27/April 2 flight and paid $321. My flight cost $632 (I expected I was going to pay more). The online price/quote was $664, but there was a section on the site that said call the customer support line for additional savings. When I called customer support quoted me $864-and gave me a little bit of a hard time when I told them online it was $664. I found that very misleading.They very much disagreed and told me that was not the case.
