Holiday fine however a nightmare 20 hour delay with the Flybe Airline they use. Not interested in their customers when a problem occurs. The way Flybe treated us as passengers was unbelievable and they got out of compensation by saying it was classed as extraordinary circumstances due to lightening striking the plane. However the way we were treated was appalling
This is of no concern to Riviera who actually think by 'saying sorry hope it will not discourage you from travelling with us in the future makes everything okay!
Actually I would never travel with this company again .
