This company is absolutely BOGUS. DO NOT USE!! This is your warning. You think you are contacting the hotel directly but you are contacting a third party who charges you to book through another agency and doesn't uphold their end of the cancellation policy. I repeat DO NOT USE this company. The hotel doesn't even recognize this company. Their records show you are booking through booking.com or another agency.
