Please if I can prevent anybody from using this company I will have at least achieved my goal! they have lied ,refused me to speak to a supervisor, fobbed me off and yet were so nice prior to taking my money, AVOID THIS COMPANY, RUDE, ARROGANT AND LIARS.

I too am having the same problem and I haven't even travelled yet! Every time I call I get through to an obnoxious guy! I want a manager.....any ideas??

Really wish I knew! I too am in the same situation! We are supposed to fly on the 28th no one ever calls me back, they flatly refuse to put me through to a manager, I've spent nearly £2k I'm so upset, next step ATOL/ABTA I suppose :-( Dont use them!

I went to Facebook and I contacted bith purple travel and hays travel as thats the sister company with a letter if complaint thretening them with watchdog and suprise suprise a manager called me within 10 minutes! Everything got sorted and she appologised and said that I had slipped through all of their gaps in their service - not acceptable really!
