After a refusal to honour their discount promises in one booking, yet another problem with another booking: I recently found out that my reservation in Dubai (8 nights!) is non existing, although otel.com charged my credit card for the full amount more than 3 weeks ago. Fortunately I haven't left yet! Meanwhile, I'm still waiting for an answer from the otel.com customer service...
