I booked online and got an amazing price on a hotel room, at a really nice hotel, i then read the reviews and was scared so contacted otel.com and they confirm my hotels personal reservation number which i then rang the hotel to confirm, which they did, so im not worried going to stay at my hotel now. I didnt get any extra charges whatsoever and I am so pleased with the rate, I couldnt find it any cheaper even with the hotel direct.
