Completely incompetent!!! On The Beach

I have just booked 9 nights in Cyprus for May 2017 with On The Beach, I have just received a call from the company to say that the price has gone up by £100 due to the hotel increasing the price, when I was on the phone to the member of staff I check OTB website and the price is still the same???? I ask the member of staff why the price has not been changed on her website and she said she would have to look in to this, finially after being on hold for what seemed like forever she comes back to say that there is an error on my booking and my child is down as age 2 and not 15 ( very strange as the email they sent me when I booked says she is 15???) To top this off I have just checked my bank to discover they have taken £1300 out of my account instead of the £30.00 deposit!! Wouldn't trust a thing they say, there phone system is terrible as soon as you get put through you get cut off, last time I book with them!!!
