This company has horrendeous hidden admin fees, we have paid £150 to change the surmame name of a single person, they promise to get back to you without 48 hours and have they? Of course not! And judging by the other reviews on here we may not even get to go on this holiday if they don't hurry up and get it sorted, a simple name change should not take this long, especially with the amount of money they take as admin fee. I would definitely not recommend to ANYONE, it is much simper and more convenient in the long run to book with any other travel agent, I feel bad for all the people who's hard earned holidays have been ruined by the incompetence of this company.
