“Transaction fees!”

Haven't been on my holiday yet but I'm very appalled about the transaction fees that I'm being charged, I paid my deposit last week and was charged £5, payday this week and thought ooooo perfect il pay some more off of my holiday seen as that's the sensible thing to do! I then got charged again. So far I'v been charged £10 in fees which it doesn't state on their website, infant it didn't state on the email recepit either but has just shown up on my online banking! This is shocking. Their website encourages people to pay bits off of the holiday as and when:...and then charges ridiculous amounts for doing so! So if I pay it off in 10 payments then gain £50 out of me and the cost of a visa debit card for them to pay the bank is 20p! Awful!!!!!!

Hi, I'm sorry to read you're disappointed with the transaction fee, please note this is not a card fee and is only applied to payments made through the low deposit scheme. This is stated in our terms of business and is also stated on the payment page before completing your transaction, however I'm sorry you missed this. I'd advise you to do a fake search on our website so that you can view this information for yourself. Once again, I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you - Emily
