After booking I cancelled my hotel and kept the flights.. Then paid for flights in full.. Only to find they then took another £720 from my account.. Can't understand why this has happened. Now I'm going to have to phone them again and wait for ever to get to speak to someone to have my money refunded. This is outrageous taking all that extra money from my bank account when I had already paid in full.
