OTB are the worst holiday company I have ever dealt with. They have a very inefficient method of contacting them via email on a site named Manage My Booking. You never get a reply from the same person.Just asking a question about an amendment costs you £25. All I wanted to do was add a hold bag as their website has a misleading method for selection and no way to amend your choice and it took them 3 weeks to confirm this change and then make an extra charge.Slow doesn't begin to describe their service.....unless of course they are taking money from you. I went online to pay the balance remaining for a holiday on the day it was due only to find they had already taken it at 1 minute past midnight!
Don't phone them! I found that an infuriating process. And expensive! I never got a satisfactory answer to any questions and when I asked to speak to a manager I was told I couldn't.
Sorry,but there was nothing I liked about the experience of dealing with OTB!
I would have liked to see a No Star rating but 1 star was the minimum.
