Please people never ever book with onthebeach, having booked a holiday with my children and friend, it only came to our attention recently that our holiday dates were 3 days apart, we immediately called onthebeach to explain the problem and they said they would talk to the amendments team and would get back to us in a few days. They emailed and confirmed they would be able to change my friends dates to match my own for an extra £408. We called them to confirm within the hour ( calling these people takes atleast 30 on hold to even get through) we confirmed on the phone several times and asked them to take payment, they told us they couldn't do it over the phone but to send and email and it will be dealt with, for 2 days we emailed and emailed them to take payment. We have just received and email today (17/07/14) to tell us the hotel is no longer available. We yet again called their premium rate number and asked for them to either change our dates or move us to another hotel, they yet again wanted more money than we had , and extra £900, we have already paid more than £4500 for a weeks holiday to Corfu. They were unwilling to help us in any way and the result is in 3 weeks time, 2 single parents will be flying alone to a forgein country with toddlers and a child with a disability . Onthebeach are a disgusting company who rip people off and squeeze every penny out of them they can get. The stress they have caused us is unbearable and left us not wanting to go, but in no position to lose over £2500

I agree with the comments above a total rip off company with Very Very poor service, do not book with on the beach. I booked with them and I had to changed my flight due to family problems and at no point was I told that I would lose any of my money. The staff give the wrong information and then they blame you if you missed a message saying sorry you were given the wrong information twice. When you finally get through on a phone call you could be waiting up to 20 minutes before someone will answer. It is really upsetting as I have lost nearly six hundred pounds and I was told that it was my problem. ABSOLUTELY POOR SERVICE PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE. They have ruined what would have been a wonderful holiday. I am still waiting for a Manager to call me back 48hrs later
