I have used On the beach before and everything went smoothly, this year I booked a holiday and added extras, the details are not clear and I made a mistake when booking online, i have sent many emails requesting them to change an error but they refuse, not helpfull, I have prevously used Thomas Cook or thompsons who are much better at helping with requests, on the beach customer services are the poorest I have experienced .
