Absolute shambles

Skiathos, fantastic, Olympic reps and their services, worst i've ever known.
Flights were cancelled coming back, we have heard this has been happening all summer, they wouldn't tell us they were cancelled we knew through internet.
They would give us no information at all, nobody would answer the phone on the morning of pick up, and that was all morning calling because we had heard there was a problem with flight.
We were picked up on the transfer coach, and had to ask where we were going because the rep didn't tell us anything. We were taken to a cafe in Skiathos
where only by constantly having a go at the rep, we actually found out a
little what was happening.
When the manager finally arrived at the cafe, we were catagorically told the rumours about us being flown back to Gatwick the next day instead of
Birmingham were completely false, and that a flight had been arranged for us in the morning to fly us back to Birmingham, guess what, no it didn't, we were flown back to Gatwick, were there were only one coach waiting for us to ship us back to Brum.
We were also told that a rep would be waiting for at Gatwick, there was,but not a Olympic rep, and they said they didn't have any control over the coaches, and when people were getting upset, they just walked off!!!!!
