Hassle-free & excellent customer service

Not being fully sure about where and when we wanted to travel or how best to pay for it - debit card, vs. credit card, or splitting it across two cards we were initially ambivalent about booking through only one provider. Thank goodness we did!! The phone support and advice we received was fabulous and in the space of 30 minutes we had a holiday booked.

We stayed one week on B&B basis at the Capo Bay Hotel in Protaras and again it was great. We were married here last year and the welcome we received was brilliant. The transfer from the airport was quick and comfortable and within an hour of passing through passport control we were sitting on our balcony marvelling at the sea view.

I cannot recommend the Capo Bay highly enough, the staff and facilities are very good.

My only point for improvement would be to be able to see some sample menus for the various eateries at the Capo Bay - though choice is definitely not lacking.

We are looking forward to our next holiday which will be booked through Olympic if possible.
