I booked a holiday with this company last year had terrible trouble problem trying to get my easyJet boarding pass as Mercury had passed on a completely different name to them, vowed them I wouldn't go with them again, however relented and booked another holiday this year, I was on the phone would you believe to some totally incompetent member of staff for over 4 hours (you read right)apparently I was her first customer she could barely understand English she was clearly out of her depth, however I eventually got the holiday booked, now once again I have attempted to book and printout my passes etc. with easyJet and after trying for three hours it will not accept me. Next time I go to a more professional company and airline.
