basically bought two adult tickets from heathrow to islamabad, booked and paid for in November 2016 to fly out January 4 2017, so went to the airport check in , pia replied no tickets ever issued, however we had email confirmation from markhor with all travel details and tickets confirmed. holidays booked from work, this was crazy first time this has ever happened, anyway i telephoned markhor who just did not want to help and said we should have confirmed tickets 24hrs before crazy!, then he said pay for new tickets and apply for refund , long story short i visited the listed addresses hounslow ,harrow no one there, then i got home and checked online reviews i could not believe , but the penny dropped. I telephoned them again they said they have stopped trading and are only issuing refunds so i said ok go ahead give me refund , they said takes around 5-7days i called 8 working days later and guess what then telephone number is dead ,and no refund, iam just another victim if them luckily is what only two tickets 1 return and 1 single so approx £800. I will now try to get the money back from the bank and report to action fraud , hopefully they will not trade ever again

I am astounded that such a crime can be allowed to operate in UK. I am so positive that all the five star comments are written by these people, themselves. This is judging by the way they talk. Booked my fare three months ago, been calling them continuously to issue tickets. Everyday is a new story but finally - two days before I fly - surprise surprise, they advise there is no ticket. Because it is such a crime, once you've paid - they don't care how they speak to you. I for one, will ensure that I get to the bottom of this - whichever means possible. DO NOT do business with them.

Their ATOL 10909 licence expired last September 2016 and by law they should not have sold any tickets. Type Markhor Traders Ltd ATOL 10909 on Google and see. My bank rewarded me my money back after a month of hell. Best of luck.

Worst company ever, so many companies linked together, no sympathy or empathy, ready to take customers money and not deliver goods. Slow to do things, avoid calls, tell lies. Why are they still trading to rip people off? My flights is this Friday 16th Dec, no ticket still waiting for my money back. By far the most worst experience for any travel agent. Travel with Smile, flight mart, Markhor flights and many more same company because money is paid into Markhor flights bank. Do not book with them, do your research first. Even their websites look dodgy

I tried everything but no gain did provide all proofs of payments ,emails between me and them and call recordings but still waiting for atol response.its been 6 months now.bank said that they can't take money back from fraudant people coz there's nothing in their account and if we pay with a credit card den insurance company cover our rights

They took our money issued tickets lets then cancelled the tickets. Want us to say we cancelled to get refund reluctantly agreed to try and get some of our £6000+ back but still no luck. It's been almost a year now.

Bought tickets, paid amount in full in July 2016 to fly out on 27 October. Received email ticket confirmation when I paid for the ticket. On the day I was suppose to fly out the airport told me he markhor had booked the seat but then moments later cancelled the ticket (obviously after printing my confirmation). I have been arguing with them to return my money but the are refusing to. I have contacted consumer services, trading standards, ATOL, and spoke to the police. I will also be contacting action fraud. If you have been a victim do not let them get away with it.

Ouch. That means you have no confirmation. Did they send you an email confirmation at least . If they did I would contact the atol . I have received my refund but I had to go through ATOL to get this. Send an email to them to explain exactly what has happened. I had an atol certificate so was lucky. Also contact consumer services and trading standards

They took full payment from me 3months before my date of travel. They said they would usue my ticket within three working days, 2 months on they still did not issue my ticket... After which they then admitted that they could not issue my ticket. They asked me to change my dates or pay more money. Which i declined and asked for my refund. They agreed to refund me the money in 5 weeks in which i was not acceptable for i was due to travel in less than 4 weeks. They then said if i want the money urgently i would need to pay 200 pounds cancelling fees which by the way i was not cancelling my journey but they had failed to issue the ticket. I was so desprate i enened up agrreing to the charges. And they were to refund the money in 7 working days. That was in november and now its end of december i still have not got my money. When i call they put me on hold for over 30mis at a time, pass me around, promissing me that they will refund it the next day. And i keep calling they then tell me they have put the money in my bank and i shoud check after 5 working days its been more than 31 working days they is still no money.. As i write this review in still waiting for the money.

My demands were to go to islamabad on a specific date which had to changed a few times due to circumstances, the agent was really patient with me and dealt with my quiry promptly. He helped me chose a date were it was suitable for me and the price range i was looking for. Online deals at the time were looking upto 600 and 700 pounds and the agent provided me a ticket much lower than the prices online with an excellent airline (emirates) i was so pleased an satisfied with his service and much appreciated !!

Through Internet I had a chance to surf for an economical TKT to Pakistan in approaching peak time. The staff with art of marketing made a sale of ticket to me. Ticket pricing is close to normal but after a bargain. Staff is polite mannered service is prompt I would suggest the following for better future of Business: 1. Quote best possible price and stick to it. It enhances the credibility of word of mouth. Any change after a quote puts both client & staff in a fix 2. Give Client options for travel with different airlines 3 Reduce the time between payment and issue of E- Ticket. 4.Have Logo and address on Top of E-Tkt merge Tkt /Itinerary in such a way that when client prints the columns do not move away . Do not use this company. I spoke to a member of staff who claimed he would get me ticket for £650 and having agreed to, I transferred the money only to be told the following day that the ticket is not available. I was quick to request a refund on 27/7/13 and was told i would be charged £50 for the cancellation although there was no ticket to refund! I still went ahead with the refund and it is 6/9/13 and there has been no refund as of yet. Everytime I call, the accounts department give me false excuses about their 'executive' not being around to authorise the refund. I am still awaiting my refund 6 weeks later and the staff and company show no concern or care. I can only assume all the reviews left on here are fake and made up. I found this company via a search engine search. If I were you, I would pay the extra £50 and go somewhere that when cheat you out of your money. For those of you in the same boat, leave your contact details as I am gathering as many people who have been cheated to take them down via various avenues so no one else has to go through this. Last note: DO NOT USE!!!!! BEWARE
