Arrived full of hope at lovely hotel entrance BUT no spa, no beach beds on the beach, no lift down to the beach as advertised, - been told these things may be available by Friday ........asked to wait 1 hrs for the room - still waiting 2.5 hrs later, asked to speak to the manager only to be told I need to book an appointment with him.........still waiting to know when!!
So if you are booking Corfu Palace Hotel BEWARE as its a lot like Faulty Towers......sadly!!!
