Book a holiday to tenirife for 4th of April self catering from Newcastle £860.07 they took money out straight away
From my account then was emailed and told everything would take three days that's when bells started to ring
Then got email to say there's a problem with the flight had to phone a number phoned it number put on hold for 40 mins answered passed to another bepartment on hold for 14 mins then told flight had went up a little £370 so I said cancel holiday
Was told it will take up to 7 days to get refund so I'm going to Thomas cook or thomson or jet2
Thank you I've been shafted by low cost holidays that are high cost holidays

Hello,

I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience you've faced. Once the booking is made there is 72 hours to receive booking confirmation as this is the time to secure all the components. We work on a live system and in travel industry prices may fluctuate quite quickly, sometimes even while booking process. We do not own any of the airlines we sell and unfortunately we're unable to cover price difference.
I can imagine it's an unpleasant situation and I sincerely apologise for your disappointment.

Thanks for responding but I sorry to say I will never be on your
Holiday site again
I was on thomson flights to get a price
before I tried to book through low cost holiday
Then when I got told by your sales team the price had gone up
I went back to thomson flight it went up by £30 !!!!

We always advise our customers about the current price checked with the airline. We do not make money on selling flights and I'm sorry if you've found it misleading.
