I had trouble with booking online as an error occurred but when I called the number given I found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. I was able to book and pay for the holiday I wanted and still get the online discount. My questions were answered and all the relevant information was made clear to me. I feel reassured that I can call with any future queries. I hope the holiday proves to be as trouble free! I would definitely consider using Lowcostholidays again.
