Searched the internet for weeks reviewing hotels, finally made a decision however had problems booking on line when it got to the payment, the web page kept saying holiday was no longer available. After several attempts gave up and phoned booking department. Very helpful chap found the holiday and booked everything for us. All email confirmations we received as advised by the booking department. Easy in the end!
