I booked my flights and acccomodation seperately to Egypt recently. Flights were great but on arrival at hotel we were told they had no record of us booking .I had taken my holiday voucher with me but not the record of my payment which i had obviously paid to recieve the voucher . The hotel were very understanding but were adament they hadnt recieved payment from Low cost Holidays . Eventually they gave us a room and said they would sort the problem out when the offices were open on Monday which being 2 days later and put a damper on our first 2 days as we arrived on the Saturday On the monday the hotel told us that it had been sorted but due to language barrier we did not really understand what the problem was.I have emailed low cost and have had no reply so would definately think twice about booking with you again.
