“Frustrating start, but good improvement”

I have used Low Cost a couple of times before and this time was almost as frustrating as the website wouldn't accept my booking. In saying that i called the help line and was very impressed with the quality of service i received. Added a couple more people to the holiday in the same way all pretty hassle free and at a very good price
