“Very poor after service”

I had to change names when the holiday had been booked low cost said it was the airline , airline said it was low cost eventually low cost did the change at 10p per minute. Then due to an accident two people couldn't travel 8 emails on , £12.20 in phone calls and 8 weeks and 3 days on still it has not been sorted.
Emails not answered , phone calls not returned even emails addressed to a manager.

This reply sums it all up the problem is still ongoing and low cost say sorry and please use us again?? What about we will get this poor customer service sorted!
