i booked a holiday with highcostholiday in august for 7 days in turkey every thing paid for , then 2 weeks ago saying my hotel was closeing so they then said i am going to another hotel sun princess, i booked on the net , since then my old booking ref has been taken off of the computer i have phone them several times and after a long wait at 10p a minute the phone was put down on me. i am going away on holiday 2/10/2013 and still no details with my booking of this sun princess hotel, but people who keep sending these reviews should take them to court thats the only way to treat these robbers, as i will if i lose this holiday as i would claim for my insurance also what i have paid them, watch other firms sun master, holiday gems, as these are all bad firms

I am really sorry to hear that you have been experiencing a few issues with our company. Unfortunately this hotel closure is out of our hands. We have no control over the closure of this hotel and the decision was made by the hotel itself, not Lowcostholidays. From time to time, these closures can happen I am afraid. We try to avoid it at all cost as this can cause a lot of inconvenience to our customers.

I do apologise that you feel we put the phone down on you but I can assure you that we do not do this to our customers as we want to provide the best customer care possible and hanging up on our customers will not help achieve this.

If you would like to provide your reference number I will happily look into your booking and try and resolve this for you?
