It took us more then 4 days to get the name changed on the flight ticket as it was a typo error. Due to the flight was with Thomacook therefore we have been instructed to called them instead lowcost did not want to help. This happened in may this year. Thomascook didnt want to help either all they said is to amend on their web site, this a a very simple issue and ig wasnt easy to resolve. We have to call both many times and calling thomascook was like a nightmare cos the minimun waiting time was like 45 mins. Finally lowcost decided to amend the name for us but it cost £60 for return tickets

I’m very sorry to read that you are disappointed with our customer service, and felt we did not want to help when you called us. The reason we asked you to contact Thomas Cook directly is because your booking and contract was with them, rather than Lowcostholidays. As each booking you made with us was directly with the supplier, (in your case, the airline) all communication needed to be with them, rather than ourselves. I can understand though that the long waiting time to speak to Thomas Cook was really frustrating for you. It’s good to read that we were able to help get your tickets changed in the end but this was at a cost of £60. I just want to assure you that this was a charge that Thomas Cook imposed, not Lowcostholidays.
