Ref- 27214535R i recently booked a hotel in torquay, upon payment and putting my card details in the website crashed and i recieved no confirmation,(this was confirmed on the phone to IC with customer services after date of arrival) as i presumed the booking was not made as no confirmation or reference number was sent i booked another hotel for the same night as first hotel come up as fully booked when i tried to rebook i was charged for BOTH hotels and after speaking to customer services they only agreed on a 50% refund. Very unhappy as this was there fault as i was unaware the payment had been made for first hotel as confirmation wasnt sent.

Yes your colleague has been in contact and returned my every call and e-mail but a 50% refund is the final offer off management unless i take matters further so i have excepted this offer.
