booked room online, was very impressed with ability to cancel up to 14.00pm on day of arrival! Didn't need to cancel, but if needed was better than other booking sites I looked at. Site was really easy to navigate, and gave me all the information I required to select a hotel. There was nothing about the site I didn't like!
