Booking the hotel was quite easy. The Ibis hotel in leyton was a terrible experience. The customer care was absolutely appalling. Fair enough the hotel is a 3star, but the customer care should be a 5star. The card key wasn't working. I had to knock on someone elses door, to get in contact with reception, then to be told to go to reception. How could this be done when you need the card key to get back into the building.
